I can't find the get support button and can't reach out to support

My balance is 0.87$, I can't pay it because it is under 1.00$. But my account is suspended.

I can't reach the Get Support button. When I'm logged out it shows up, when i click it it logs me in and the button disappears. Can you please help me?
