I can't find the way to change from pay-per-hour to fixed

I have posted a job with pay-per-hour option. And while there's nobody hired, I can't change it to a decent fixed price. There's no that option when I edit job.

Hi Aa,

Unfortunately you won't be able to update the job post but you are able to send a fixed price offer to your freelancer.

Once you`ve clicked on the Hire button at top under the Payment Options section, you can click on the pencil case and change the offer from hourly to a fixed price. Thank you.
