I can't hire any freelancers

when I click to hire a freelancer the button to hire is deactivated why is that happening?

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue you are experiencing. You should be able to hire the freelancer. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? If the problem persists after trying that, please let us know so that we can assist you further.
