I can't invite anybody to a job posting...

I've just put up a job posting and when I go to invite freelancers, it doesn't allow me to. Been trying to resolve it for some time now. I updated my account, verified my email, etc. You can see in the picture that I've linked, that's all I get.

Hi Jay,

We encourage clients to add a payment method and verify it as more freelancers may be interested in sending a proposal to a job with verified badge. That said, you should still be able to invite freelancers before verifying your payment method. Could you please let me know what happens when you click "Not now" on the pop-up?

Nothing happens. It just tells me to put a payment plans I just want to
stick to basic at the moment but it doesn’t even give me the option to
