I cannot remove a member from a Team, even I've checked she has no active contract under that Team

Hi Support,

 

We are new to using "Team" here, which I have (as an admin) created different Teams and start transferring members to the correct Team by sending them new invitations under the correct Team.

However, I cannot remove them from the old team (it said "Remove member from team
Those team members are currently assigned as the primary contact person on active contracts and can't be removed. Please update all contracts referencing these team members to a different contact person before you remove them from the team.") although I have ensured she has no active contract with the old team.

 

Please help.
