I ended the contract because the freelancer didn’t finish the job in time and didn’t answer as well.

So I sent a contract to a freelancer and I told him that I need the projects within a week and he approved

it's been more than two weeks and he didn't finish it and also ignored my messages 

So I cancelled the contract and asked for full refund 

if he doesn't approve what can I do? It's not fair..

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand you want to get a refund since the freelancer did not complete the project. When you request a refund, the freelancer will have the option to approve it or not. Should they dispute the refund request, the amount wouldn't be automatically deposited to the freelancer, but a case will be forwarded to our mediation team so they can help make a non-binding recommendation.
