I opened Upwork for free as client. I enter my card details for billing method section before anyone give proposal to my job, Upwork charged 10$ and there is no refund still.

What should I do?

Hi Mete,

I checked and it looks like the refund of your verification charges was already applied! You can see this in your Reports > Transactions.
