I funded a Offer that wasn't accepted and haven't received a refund?

Hi Guys, 

I'm relatively new to this, so I might just be missing something here but I sent an offer out to someone and funded it, but they didn't accept the offer and it expired. I haven't received a refund for this money I fuinded yet and as such have paid her again. Who do I need to talk to get this refunded?

Was the offer canceled yesterday on August 26? If yes, the funds have already been refunded back to your account. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your account. Thank you.
