Hi Martin,

 

You'll need to communicate with your freelancer first and either release a minimum amount of the Milestone funds to the freelancer and request a refund for the remaining funds they'd need to approve, or close the contract and request a full refund.

 

I'd suggest opting for the first scenario and using the appropriate billing method to fund the second Milestone on the same contract.
