I was waiting on 2 refunds from 2 different unresponsive designers, the money had not come in yet and i wanted to pay a designer for his work. The amount was unable to be deducted through paypal as the bank account was too low. Upwork then sent me a warning to fund my payment or risk being locked. I did so and then realised a few days later that i was charged the same amount twice.
Can someone assist to help whether it is a problem with Upwork's auto deduction or paypals issue? It is not a small amount. Thank you
