I have an issue with hiring my freelancer

The freelancer I want to hire is trying to accept the job offer but it says "you cannot join this team until the client has added an address". I don't know how to fix it as I already have my address there.

Hi Myriam,

I checked and it looks like you only have your country listed at the moment. Could you please add your address by going to Settings > My Info and going to the Company contacts section?

Yes I can see.
When I try to change my address it does let me, instead it ask me if i want
to "Add extra layers of security".
I've attached a screenshot.

Can you please help me out with this?

If you haven't set up your Password & Security, the system will automatically prompt you to create one to access your account settings. Plese complete this step, then try again to access your My Info section. If you still encounter any issues accessing it after setting up your Password & Security, please let us know.
