I have approved refund , but received debt amount instead of credit .

Hi ,

I have approved 200 USD refund by the freelancer for money in the escrow , and instead of recieveding crdit to my  card , I recieived dept by the same on my card ? why ?? although it is showing as crdit in your transaction report , but it debted from my card?

Also I have 360 USD in my balance not crdited to my card , can advise why?
