One of the talents I hired has taken money when they didnt complete the job properly. It has been over the 5 day requirement to request a refund or file a dispute. I try to click "Dispute" and "Request a refund" but it continues coming up with the page "Sorry we can't let you in". I tried to see what I could do once it's been over 5 days. And it says COntact upwork support for mediator services. But theres no support. It's infuriating. I tried calling, I've tried finding a support ticket. Nothing. Terrible support service.

I used the chat bot well over 20 times, I tried calling the phone numbers, I tried finding an email...I wasted a lot of time trying to get help.
The chat bot was no help at all, it continued sending me the same irrelevant article over and over. Just goes in circles. My issue is very specific. And whatever was recommended didn't work. I eventually called my bank for support.
I don't understand how a company like Upwork doesnt offer better support. Especially where the potential for scammers and theft is high.
I'll wait for the ticket

Requesting a refund I doubt the talent is going to approve that. I need support from Upwork.

this talent took the cash while not completing job on time.
