I have changed my name to match my ID for verification but it didn't work correctly

I created my profile using a shorter version of my name and when I tried to change it, it worked.

However, when I go to verify my account by adding a verification document, it still shows the incorrect name. In the profile page, I now see both the correct and incorrect version of my name.

It appears that the name has been fixed in one place and not the other.
