I have moved country. Can I hire the freelancers as a Germany?

Hello, Upwork team,

I lived in Albania and now I have moved to Germany with working visa.

Now I am working as a technical recruiter of the fintech company in Germany.

I was found the Upwork platform is the best platform and I have signed up as a Germany.

Can I hire the freelancers as a Germany or Albania? I am not sure about this.

You`re more than welcomed to hire a freelancer from any country you would like. On your end, you will only need to update your address to reflect your current location.

Regarding your location, you will need to add your full address before you`re able to hire freelancers.

Regarding hiring as a Germany company, you`re more than welcomed to hire freelancers on Upwork and from any country you would like. We don't have any restrictions on this.
