I made an offer to a freelancer and set a fixed price (so payment was debited directly from Upwork). The freelancer could not accept the offer for technical reasons. I then tried to change the contract so that he could accept it and then I withdrew this completely because it was still not possible for him to accept it.
Furthermore, I got cryptic error messages displayed. I have attached these in the picture.
Unfortunately, this payment has already been debited. How can I get this money back from Upwork?

You don't need to do anything. It's automatic.
