I hired freelancers, now i can't communicate with them.

I hired three freelancers, but now I can’t communicate with them because Upwork asked for identity verification. I’ve uploaded all the necessary documents, but still, nothing, i can't use the chat and on the other side I can’t wait 48+ hours; I need to discuss the projects with them! How am I supposed to manage my relationships with freelancers if I can’t communicate with them by chat? This is frustrating and such nonsense, seriously.

For future projects, it's advisable to complete identity verification beforehand to streamline communication and avoid such hurdles.

Well, Upwork should have made that mandatory, it shouldn't be on me to verify my identity before hiring someone but on Upwork to tell me "verify yourself before proceeding", it's just pure logic. 

It's not that identity verification is a problem, it's a good thing, but blocking your from talking with people you hired and deposited money for? That is complete nonsese! Now i understand all the bad reviews this platform gets on the internet. 

What am i supposed to do now, people are trying to reach out to me and i can't reply.

Did you received contact info from FLs? You can speak in that way. Anyway, FLs was warned to stop any works for you a while you suspended.
