I see that you are in the process of creating a freelancer account, so if you happened to be logged out while perusing potential freelancers that you may be interested in hiring, you won't be seeing them when you log in because you do not have a client account set up and have not submitted a freelancer profile for approval either, so you are at the moment stuck on creating a freelancer profile for submission. What we can do is switch your incomplete freelancer account over to a client account so that you will be able to hire a freelancer.
