Dear Support team
I have created a project on your platform and choose freelaner
In the payment options, I tried to pay with a Paypal account, but a message appeared saying that the account is not verified even though it is verified
I also tried to pay with a debit card, but an error occurred when adding it

Please help so that I can complete my project

Hi Omar,

Unfortunately, some cards can't be accepted as a billing method including gift cards or pre-paid credit cards. Please, try adding an alternative billing method.
