I opened several short-term contracts

Please read carefully! Hello, I am reaching out because I am facing an issue with a freelancer I frequently work with. Recently, I opened several short-term contracts with this freelancer, specifying that each contract was for an individual task rather than a single contract with multiple tasks, as that was my preference. Upwork has closed each of these contracts, and the freelancer is currently suspended. This process has been delayed due to issues with Upwork’s platform, and the freelancer’s account remains blocked. The freelancer has provided all the required documentation, including photos of the completed tasks and our email correspondence. Despite this, the situation remains unresolved. My main question is whether it is possible to continue working with a freelancer under the model of having one contract for each small task. Is this practice acceptable according to Upwork’s policies? Why has the freelancer’s account been suspended in this context? I appreciate any guidance you can provide on how to proceed. Thank you.

Regarding the freelancer's account status, we won't be able to discuss the status of another user's account for privacy and security reasons. However, rest assured that decisions to suspend a user's account are not taken lightly and without fully investigating for TOS violations. Please, refer to this help article for general reasons why our Trust & Safety team may take action on an account.

Hello Luiggi, thank you for responding to me. I've decided to ask here because while the ticket was still open, I asked this question more than twice, and support kept the conversation going by asking me for details while they were analyzing and releasing my client account. However, I've already asked this question during the ticket conversation, and they didn't respond. So what should I do? Where can I get answers if I'm not getting them from the place where I should?
