When I was on the last page of feedback, which I believe is the recommendation page, I thought of something I wanted to say differently on the feedback and hit the back button, which didn't work, then the forward button didn't work. I didn't see a way to undo what I did, so I sent the feedback forward as I closed the job.
So, is the only way to fix this and make sure the feedback is solid is to have the Freelancer set Enable Client to Change Feedback on the Terms and Settings?

So it turns out this answer was not what I was looking for and it is actually not possible for a client to change private feedback. I went through support and they confirmed that.
However, the freelancer's feedback was set to the highest so I guess I prefer if they allow you to make this mistake they at least defer on the side of great feedback.
Upwork you need a way to confirm/change your feedback before you submit it.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for your feedback, I will share it with our product managers.

Mark, FWIW, I loudly agree with the need to confirm feedback before it gets submitted. This is especially true for private feedback due to inexplicable algorithms.
