I've been charged by Upwork plus and I didn't want it

Hey guys one question,

 

I'm new into this topic and I posted some 3 jobs some weeks ago. All good and I paid the money. My problem is that I see that I was charged 50 euros for a subscription that I didn't want it and didn't even know that I had it. Is there a way of receiving a refund? This is not transparent at all.

Goran I have the same issue I got a charge for upwork plus but did not want.
