Hallo I ve paid with Paypal for a job but instead of paying after the job I've paid before! I have the transaction on paypal but now the system is asking me to pay

 Chances are you paid into Escrow (!) and now the system is asking you to release the Escrow funds to the freelancer, not to "pay again!"

That's how it works. You set up the job and pay the money into Escrow.

The freelancer does the work, submits it, and asks for payment.

You check the work, and release (pay) the Escrow funds.

Then you end the contract and leave feedback to your freelancer.

Hi Graziano,

Just to confirm that Petra post is correct.
When you set up a fixed price project you will need to debit the funds in Escrow. Once the work is delivered to you and the freelancer has requested for payment, you will need to release the funds from Escrow towards the freelancers.
