I want to know why my account is suspended ?

"second account"?

Hi there. There's something going on with my client 'plus' account. I subscribed to plus membership a week ago but am unable to hire, unable to post jobs, unable to send messages, and unable to cancel the plus membership.  I created a second client account to compare and can see a lot of the features are missing from the client plus account.


Apparently, I don't have permission. 


This lack of functionality occurred after I removed a job post. 


Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
