Hello, I have several contracts in my accounts and when I decided to close one of my contracts I got charged for another open contract where I didn't even check the job yet!!! I need this mistake to be fixed and I don't know how to reach Upwork support.
I'm sorry about any confusion, I checked and it looks like the transaction you're referring to includes payment for two different invoices/contracts. Please know, the way you Pay for Hourly Contracts is:
Every Monday, you are invoiced for the previous week's hours based on your freelancers' Work Diaries.
Your default billing method is charged automatically for the balance due.
