ID verification

Our new account has been suspended pending ID verification. I can provide ID no problem but it is also asking for a bank statement/utility bill.

 

The account has been created on behalf of a business, so why should I have to provide a personal utlity bill that has nothing  to do with the company (different address etc.)

 

Should I be providing a company bill or what?
