Hi, I'm wondering if you offer an IP agreement inside the job for the freelancer to sing once a agreement is made?

Could you please tell me how much it is and what it covers also if its a one time fee...

An IP agreement is part of every Upwork contract. By default. There is no fee for it.

You can read more about it in a number of places on the Upwork website, including section "8.6 Intellectual Property Rights" in the document here:

This really isn't an issue clients should need to be concerned about.

Professional freelancers on Upwork know what the intellectual property agreement is on the platform, and they respect it. They know that the client who pays for work to be done owns all the work.

They know that if a freelancer wants to arrange otherwise, they need to work out a separate superseding contract with the client.
