If I Withdraw An Invitation, Can I Use It To Invite Another Freelancer?

Hello,

I posted my first job and began inviting freelancers to apply.  I didn't realize there was a limit of 3 with my free membership level.  If I "decline" or withdraw the invitation, will it still count against my 3 invitations or will I get to use it to invite someone else?

Nope!

3 means 3.

Else people will re-use each time after negative impression by any of freelancer.

The number of invites a client can send for free used to be much higher. The number was limited to three only a few months ago.

I personally find a great deal of success in posting jobs by writing very concise, very clear job descriptions. I simply post the jobs publicly and typically get great freelancers applying within ten to twenty minutes... without sending any invites.
