Incoming calls about nonexistent job posting

My company is gettings lots and lots (at least 20) incoming calls today from people inquiring about a job posted on Upwork but we didn't post anything. I need to have this mystery post taken down so that we don't have more incoming calls, but I have no idea how to do it because we weren't even on Upwork in the first place. I only joined to post this!

Sorry that this happened to you, Kate (how annoying!!). Unfortunately, there are scammers who target freelancers on Upwork by using the names of legitimate companies. There's a pretty good chance that somebody has already taken the post down, but I'll flag this for the attention of a moderator.

I'm sorry that you had to experience this. We did a quick search and weren't able to find the job that may be the reason for all the calls. As Christine noted, it's most likely already been removed from the marketplace. We'll dig into it further to confirm and reach out to you if we need any additional information.
