Incorrect Payment went off my account

Hi,

I tried to hire a freelancer for one of my jobs, the money went off my account, and when i saw again, the person didnt show as hired on the job, still offer pending. I then tried to re hire, and another payment went off, but still doesnt show as hired.

Can you use one payment and correctly hire the person for one of my jobs, and then refund the other incorrect payment.

I've checked your account and it looks like you have refunds that have already been processed for both instances where you funded escrow for your project. You can verify this by clicking on the 'Reports' tab at the top of the page and then clicking on 'Transactions'. The freelancer will have to accept the offer you've sent them in order to be fired on the project,. Feel free to reach out with any other questions.
