Hi, I'd like to download my invoices but it won't let me do that under "reports" as I do not have a premium account. So how can I get my invoice?

Hi Markus,
You can discuss this with the company owner and ask them to provide you with permission so you could see company transactions. Check out this help article for more information about permissions.

What if I'm the company owner but still don't have access to invoices?

Hi Moshe,
Please go to your Reports> Transactions and click the Ref ID number on the right side next to the transaction you'd like an invoice for. You'll see the pop-up with the link to View Invoice. Here is a help article for reference.
