Irresponsive Clients

Most of the time, after you are have submitted your work successfully, the clients disappear without giving feedback. This has a negative impact on the success score and eventually on the profile strength. What can be done about it?

No feedback is only an issue if it makes up a good amount of your contracts. You could send a message like this.

Hello {name}, I hope you are having a good week. I was wondering if there is anything else I can do for {project}. If not I was wondering if you could close this contract (for organization). We can always open a new contract later on if you need anything else.
