I'm Dr. Asma from Gaza-Palestine.

You all must be aware of the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

We are constantly in danger, facing threats from bombing, starvation, disease, and harsh weather.

Many of us turn to Upwork as a necessity for survival.

However, we face significant challenges with the billing process.

Payment methods like PayPal and Payoneer are restricted here in Gaza, and connecting a bank account isn't an option.

Is it fair for us to be treated this way?

We urgently need a dedicated solution for receiving payments in Gaza.

The current situation demands that the Upwork team collaborates with us to find alternative methods during these challenging times. It's crucial for our survival and ability to work.
