Is there a requirement to hire? I can't seem to post jobs

When I click post job, it goes to the default home and will not let me post anything.

Tried it.  It just goes to the main page still.  I tried a different browser as well.

To post a job you need to have a client type of an account. Please check out this help article to learn more about how you can be both a client and a freelancer.
