I am reaching out regarding an issue I am facing with the ID verification process. During verification, I was instructed that my ID should match the name on the payment card I used. However, the payment card on file is a company card, managed by our IT department, and is not registered in my personal name.
It seems unreasonable to require an ID that matches the company cardholder’s name, especially given that I created the account under my own name. Despite this, I managed to obtain the necessary documents from our company and submitted the ID, but unfortunately, my verification was still not accepted.
No additional documents were requested, and it’s unclear to me what further steps I need to take to complete this verification. Could you please provide guidance on how I can resolve this issue, given the company card situation?
