Issue with billing

Hello, My credit card was charged thrice for a recent project. It was for $82. Can you please refund the first 2 charges?

Hi Leejo,

 

When you send an offer for a fixed-price contract, you're charged the amount for the first milestone you're funding. If the offer is declined or cancelled, that amount is refunded. It appears you've sent multiple offers, one was accepted by the freelancer and a contract was formed. However, you may want to check this page while logged into your account for any outstanding offers. Note that you can withdraw a pending offer anytime.
