I received my project from the freelancer and he has sent me the work twice. But when I try to open the document it comes up with below message:
It is not safe to download this file. If you really want to access this file please contact Customer Support.
I do not what to do next. It is quite important for me access the work as I have to meet the deadline. The freelancer is in different time zone so he might not be able to answer my query in time.

Use FTP, Dropbox, email, Google Drive, Microsoft One Drive, iDrive, iCloud, etc. use any file transfer tool you want. Don't try to transfer files via Upwork.
