Live Chat Support

How can I find out if and when I can access live chat support.  I've been using Upwork since 2018.  I see references to widgets but there is none, any longer.

I downgrade my freelancer plus membership to freelancer basic. I have been charged automatically on 2 june, 2024 that i didnt want. Now today (7 june, 2024) I downgrade my plan to basic. The question is when i will get the refund?

I have recently upgraded to Upwork Plus account but some requests against my account are still pending. Like the Marketing Consultation is in review for almost a week now. Kindly expedite this thing so that my work is not going to get disturbed.

I am really disappointed that I have created my Upwork profile in 2022 and still it is not Identity verified, and I think that why I can't get the job. There is no option of verifying, So please verify my profile. All of my friends profiles are verified and they are getting jobs also but I didn't land on one.

There was an unauthorized charge of 36 on my card. I've never paid that amount to anyone on upwork, so that is definitely an error.

I am currently on the Basic Free Plan, and I should receive 10 free Connects each month. However, for the past few months, I have not received any Connects. My name is Saba Rani, and I have also attached a screenshot of my current plan settings.

I want to creatye a zoom meeting with new client to understand his work, as my services is technical that's why I need some clarification but upwork does not allow me to send zoom meeting link through chat to my new client. Please guide me about that.

Thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, you can easily make a video or voice call on Upwork anytime by using Zoom. You can start the call directly from Upwork Messages, and don’t even need a Zoom account! If you’d like to check the steps further, feel free to visit this helpful page
