Lost the communication I had with freelancers

Hi, I posted a job in December and had lots of communication between myself and potential freelancers. I decided to take another route at the time but would now like to move forward with one of the freelancers I was spaking with. However, because the job closed all my communication disappeared and I can no longer find their details. is there any way to get those messages back?
