Making notes about a saved freelancer

Is there any place where I can add personal notes about a saved freelancer that will help me make a final decision?

Just make a short list of freelancers and then use Word (or any other word processing software) to make your personal notes on,

If you click on Save/Saved, a window will open where you can input notes.

No, of course not. The freelncer doesn't even see they've been saved.
