Mastercard payment fails due to lack of identification options required by EU and Mastercard

EU and Mastercard now requires identification when paying with an European Mastercard.

When I'm trying to process a payment I do not get an option to identify myself, which causes the payment to be declined due to the fact that I haven't got the option to identify my self which is required. Mastercard says that they can not change this requirement and that this is something UpWork needs to supply. How do I solve this?
