I am unable to see the message button on talent profiles, and I am unable to send messages to anyone. I don't know the reason behind this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. I can see that you are registered as a freelancer only. If you wish to hire other freelancers, you will need to create a client profile. You may want to check out this help article for more information on how you can do that.
