For upworkers I've hired, messages are up to date on the app, but online it shows no messages with them?

This week there has been delays in the emailing system reporting back to messages especially on the app being delayed by hours. Click the above Support link for help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing trouble with the delayed messages online. When you refer to 'online', are you talking about the website? If so, could you please try again after clearing the cookies and cache on your browser? Alternatively, you can try using a different browser. Please feel free to message us if the problems persist.
