hi I haev exactly the same issue. Messages work only if I use the desktop application. I believe that clients do not get my messages either.

I checked your account and can confirm that your messages are delivered to your clients and everything is working as designed.
Could you please confirm if you`re receiving any errors when you`re trying to send a message via browser? Thank you.
