I want to pay and activate a milestone but Ikeep getting this "Milestone activation failed. Please contact customer support." how can i get rid of this, and make my payment. it is quite urgent.

First, I was unable to find the milestone and I was asked to contact support. After several attempts, my card was debited and still, the milestone is not funded. 

I need this resolved please!
