Milestone activation failed. Please contact customer support

I am trying to activate a milestone and getting this same message over and over. Can I please have some assistance

Could you please check your present billing method status and try adding an alternative billing method to check if the issue persists?

I'm having this same issue. I've reached out to my card issuer and they don't see a declined charge?
