how can i ask for a refund of two milesotnes of paid in july 2017 and november 2017 please?
I cancelled the freelacer contract and would like to have a refund because he did nt deliver any work , and in fact caused me a fincncial loss and damage to my company;s reputation .
Why did you approve the milestones without receiving the work?
By approving the milestones, you are telling Upwork you are happy with what the freelancer has done. It is extremely unlikely you will get your money back, especially so long after the payment was made. You chose to pay the freelancer.
