Minimum Wage Rates in Argentina

I am working with a freelancer in Argentina and want to make sure I am paying a fair rate. Google Slide clerical work which is fairly routine with the exception that the native Spanish fluency is a value add for me located in the U.S. Thoughts on rate?

That's really thoughtful of you! I can't really give you any advice regarding how much you should pay your freelancers, but you might want to discuss this with them so that you can agree on a fair rate for the job. Prices for the job can vary and that depends on the scope and the nature of the project.

I hire freelancers using their posted hourly rate.

I assume that is a fair rate.
