Missing "Bring Your Own Freelancer" option

The person I'm looking to hire on Upwork was rejected in their profile creation because there are too many existing with his skill set. I see in the "Help" section there's an option to Bring Your Own Freelancer, but this option is not appearing for me.

Reading your post I could think of one thing only: this is a trick to make the profile be approved. But it is not going to work, no need to try. However, if this is not the case for you, if I am not wrong the freelancer will be able to work with you only through the platform but won't be able to apply for other jobs or get invited.

Hi Kristen,

As Hasmik pointed out freelancers who've been invited to the platform through Bring Your Own Freelancer program are able to work with that particular client even if their profile weren't approved. Please find more information about it here.
