I have been using UpWork since 2017 and spent tens of thousands of dollars on quality freelances. I love the platfor. Heres my problem. I cannot access my account and dashboard on my mobile (Samsung). NEVER HAVE. Early on i made the mistake of singing up as a freelancer and havent been able to use mobile since. I have 3 acccounts that i hire from. Thots? Thx

To resolve your issue, contact Upwork support to consolidate your accounts, clear the app cache or reinstall it for mobile access, use a mobile browser as an alternative, and request deactivation or adjustment of your freelancer account if it’s causing the problem.
